La Burrera has a well-deserved reputation as one of the best dives in the Canary Islands. This place is spectacular for its labyrinthine landscape, featuring large rocks, arches, columns, and ledges, as well as the abundant marine life it hosts, both in terms of fauna and flora. <\/p>\n

It is one of the few places in the archipelago where the kelp forest is still preserved<\/strong>, having not been devoured by the diadem sea urchin.<\/p>\n

The currents and waves have preserved this oasis of plant life <\/strong>in the vast desert of spines. This spot is perhaps a reflection of what the seabeds of the islands could have been like before they were altered by humans. <\/p>\n

The sea conditions and the distance to the nearest port mean that we don\u2019t get to dive here very often. It is a dive at an ideal depth<\/strong>, although it is very easy to become disoriented due to the homogeneity of the landscape and because the marine life fascinates<\/strong> us so much that we lose our bearings in finding the way back. We should not overlook the school of striped burrito fish that gives the dive site its name. <\/p>\n

The best approach is to follow the person in charge of guiding the dive and enjoy the spectacle, dreaming that we are diving in any of the Canary Islands over a hundred years ago<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
