The Veril de las Agujas features many picturesque areas for diving. The southern end, known as Veril de las Langostas, stands out especially for the unique rock formations and the abundance of fish. <\/p>\n

The sharp rocky edges present a landscape that is completely different from any other area in Lanzarote. In its cracks and caves, we can search for the lobsters that give the dive site its name. The barracudas stand out for their size and are hard to miss as they stalk the numerous fish, weaving in and out of schools of mullet, wrasse, and other species. <\/p>\n

The dive consists of exploring the ledge and the rocky amphitheater where the grunts take shelter. The abundance of rocks, with their myriad shapes and hiding spots, allows for multiple distinct routes. Just a few meters above the ledge, a yellow gorgonian waits against the current for its food to pass by. It also provides shelter for tiny shrimp and snails that, due to their camouflage, go completely unnoticed except by meticulous observers who love small organisms. We must be very mindful of the current that we might encounter in the area. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
