Cursos
Los cursos incluyen una tasa adicional de cancelación de 80 € por los materiales del curso en caso de escoger devolución y no cambio de fecha:

Todas especialidades (1 tasa de cancelación por especialidad)
Todas actividades (durante actividad)
Bautizo
Doble
– Si una persona contrata un bautizo doble y no puede hacer la segunda inmersión:
a) por miedo. En Pura Vida siempre intentaremos que cualquier persona salga del agua con la sensación “puedo con todo”. Buscaremos soluciones junto con otro instructor en el momento para que, en el peor de los casos, haga snorkel con equipo. En caso de estar solo, valorar la opción de hacer 2 turnos de 30 minutos. Si nada es posible, tendrá una camiseta de regalo.
Nota: en las tardes y a base de disponibilidad
b) por frío: intentaremos mejorar sus condiciones de equipo y hacer esa segunda inmersión otro día si la disponibilidad permite. Si no, camiseta de regalo.
c) porque no quiere: no hay devolución.
d) por problemas médicos (compensación, dolor en alguna lesión, etc): devolución de 35€
Triple
– Si una persona contrata un bautizo triple y consideramos que no es apta para hacer el buceo al Museo de forma segura:
a) se explicará a la persona la casuística. La devolución será de 35€ por la inmersión que no hace o puede hacer una tercera inmersión en Flamingo en vez del Museo.
b) Si la persona no quiere el museo por frío o miedo se le devuelven los 35€.
Buceador
– Si una persona buceadora contrata paquete de dos inmersiones desde tierra o desde barco
a) y no quiere hacer la segunda por frío o cansancio no hay devolución económica pero le regalaremos una camiseta.
b) si se cancela la segunda inmersión por condiciones climáticas o médicas se le volverá la parte correspondiente. Ejemplo en paquete de 2 inmersiones – de 115 le devolvemos 35 (1 inmersión 80€).
Curso
– Si una persona contrata y por motivos médicos (malestar) o por inhabilidad de completar los requisitos:
a) guardamos el curso abierto para 12 meses

Courses

TRY SCUBA
Double
– If a person contracts a double dive and cannot do the second dive:
a) out of fear At Pura Vida we will always try to get anyone out of the water with the feeling “I can handle everything”. We will look for solutions together with another instructor at the moment so that, in the worst case, you will snorkel with equipment. If you are alone, assess the option of doing 2 30-minute shifts. If nothing is possible, you will have a free T-shirt.
Note: in the afternoons and based on availability
b) due to cold: we will try to improve your equipment conditions and do that second dive another day if availability allows. If not, gift t-shirt.
c) because he does not want to: there is no return.
d) for medical problems (compensation, pain from an injury, etc): refund of €35
Triple
– If a person hires a triple baptism and we consider that they are not suitable to safely dive to the Museum:
a) the casuistry will be explained to the person. The refund will be €35 for the dive he does not do or he can do a third dive in Flamingo instead of the Museum.
b) If the person does not want the museum due to cold or fear, the €35 will be returned.
Diver
– If a diver hires a package of two dives from land or from a boat
a) and you don’t want to do the second one due to cold or tiredness, there is no financial refund but we will give you a t-shirt.
b) If the second dive is canceled due to weather or medical conditions, the corresponding part will be returned to you. Example in a package of 2 dives – of 115 we will return 35 (1 dive €80).
Course
– If a person hires and for medical reasons (discomfort) or inability to complete the requirements:
a) we keep the course open for 12 months
