Pechiguera Lighthouse

Follow the current of life

In front of the lighthouse, a massive rock formation rises from the sand, resembling a large pyramid that begins at a depth of 50 meters and rises to 20 meters.

The existence of this large rock structure, combined with the strong currents in the area, causes the life that swims freely in open waters to concentrate at this point.

This dive is ideal for observing both the tiny plankton and the large animals that travel through the Atlantic.

This dive is ideal for drift diving. The strong currents and the depth of the area always require proper planning.

Due to the symmetrical shape of the reef, we can decide which side to descend and which to ascend, keeping in mind that the greatest surprises at this spot can occur in open water with the appearance of large animals.
