AccommodationIf you haven’t been diving for a while and your skills are not as good as they should be, we highly recommend taking a refresh course before going diving again.
This is a course designed to refresh ideas, concepts, and feelings, which will make you feel more comfortable when returning to the water. Throughout the course, you will be accompanied by our Instructor/Divemaster to address any questions you may have.
Once you complete it, you can continue your training with one of the following Diving Courses or keep practicing with dives at any of the 35 dive sites we have in Lanzarote.
Schedule from 13:30 to 16:00 approx
- Theory: The course includes a theoretical session where you will learn the basics of diving and equipment usage, addressing any doubts to ensure a safe dive.
- Training: The course includes a practical session in open water to review all the exercises from the Open Water course. Buoyancy | Skills | Equipment
- Dive: After completing this course, you will be able to book dives optionally

- Diving certification: You need to be a certified diver.
- Medical certificate: Be fit. It is necessary to wait a minimum of 24 hours after completing your dives to travel off the island.

We will dive in the area of Playa Flamingo, an ideal place for both training and diving as it has a protected area for exercises and an area completely conquered by schools of fish.
If you are a certified diver but have not dived for more than a year, have little experience, and/or believe that a refresh course would help improve your feelings and skills, it is ideal to book at least 1 week in advance to secure your spot, as we work in small groups. *It is necessary to wait a minimum of 18 hours after completing your dives before traveling off the island.
1 morning if you do an additional dive or 1 afternoon if you only do the refresh.
No, the diving equipment is included.
Yes, we will adapt to your comfort in the water. To visit the Museum, it will be necessary to comfortably complete 4 exercises in the water. If you are not fully comfortable, we will conduct a third dive at Playa Flamingo.
Refresh courses are experiences that allow you to enjoy diving while revisiting the most important concepts and skills. Therefore, you will not receive any additional certification, but you will be able to make the most of your dives again.
