The Wall

A wall full of life

No matter how many times we repeat this dive, it always feels short. The incredible reef we traverse hides all kinds of surprises, such as striking hanging gorgonians, a branch of orange coral, cowrie shells, and large groupers and trumpet fish always attentive to our movements.

At the top, at just 5 meters deep, a dense group of rocks is home to all sorts of small creatures that we can enjoy both during the safety stop and while snorkeling.

The most comfortable way to make the journey is from a boat, descending directly to the reef where we can search for life both along the gigantic wall and in the blue waters. On the west side of the reef, at the base, striking hanging gorgonians grow that do not go unnoticed.

As we traverse the wall, before we know it, the computer will alert us that it’s time to exit the water. We will ascend to the surface rocks, and while enjoying the life teeming on them, we will have completed our safety stop thanks to the entertainment provided by the biodiversity they harbor.

If the access is from the shore, it is advisable to swim on the surface to start the dive at the deepest part, shortening the distance and ending the dive by ascending along the slope of the bottom.
