Las Coloradas

Unique sculpture of nature

In the vast sandy area, a wall emerges beneath which a ledge hides a sea of life.

Cowards, breams, jacks, morays, trumpet fish, giant anemones, cleaner shrimp, winkles, and octopuses are some of the species we can admire while searching beneath the ledge.

Enjoying the simplicity of this dive and the pleasure of diving with complete safety makes us aware of the many reasons to call the Canary Islands the “Lucky Islands.”

Two routes are suggested, which share the rock arch as the starting point.

From here, one option is to follow the reef with the wall on the right shoulder, while the other route goes in the opposite direction, keeping it on the left.

The shapes of the rocks appear carved and are quite different in each of the two dives.

This place will not leave us indifferent as we gain more experience, due to its simplicity and comfort.

It will also be very interesting for us when we have little experience because the waters are quite shallow.
